Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Covina Concrete, a concrete contractor in Covina, CA, handles the information you share when you visit our website, fill out our form or call us. It applies to this site, starting at our home page, and to the estimate requests that come through it.
We're a local crew that pours driveways, patios, slabs and other flatwork. We ask for only what we need to talk with you about your project and come out to look at it.
What information we collect
When you fill out our estimate form, we collect what you type in. That's usually your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job, such as a cracked driveway or a new patio.
When you call or email us, we keep your contact details and notes about your project so we don't have to ask you the same questions twice.
When you browse the site, we and the tools we use may collect basic technical information automatically. This can include your browser type, device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay and the site that sent you here. It doesn't tell us who you are by name.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores so a website can remember settings and count visits. Our site may use cookies and similar analytics tools so we can see which pages people read and fix the ones that aren't helping.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not remember your choices.
How we use your information
We use your information to answer your request, schedule an estimate, do the work you hire us for and follow up afterward. We may also use it to keep records of past jobs and to improve our website.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing.
We share information only when it's needed to run the business or the job. That includes the service that handles our online form, the tools that run our website and analytics, suppliers or subcontractors working on your project, and anyone we're required to share it with by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, complete your job and stand behind our work. After that, we keep job and billing records for as long as tax, legal or business reasons require, then delete or discard them.
If you reached out but never hired us, we don't hold onto your details longer than we reasonably need them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we need to keep something for a legal or business reason, and if so, we'll tell you why.
If you live in California, state privacy law may give you additional rights over your personal information. We won't treat you differently for asking about them.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we will.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and only the people who need it to handle your job can see it. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be exposed.
Children's privacy
Our site is meant for adults planning work on their homes or properties. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our tools or practices change. The version on this page is the current one, so check back if you'd like to see what's changed.
